"Not only Qualatex balloons the best products to use our balloon décor, but the after sales support, training, and QBN programmes provided by Pioneer Europe have been essential in making our business a success. Sharing his knowledge since 1996. Luc has taught for Pioneer in 30 countries worldwide. Originally an Interior architect, Luc and his wife Ines started wAw balloons in Belgium back in 1995. A business specializing in commercial designs and decor, as well as take-away arrangements and deliveries for both small and large events. The shop proved to be so successful that they soon after decided to build a totally new, 3000-square-foot building hosting the shop and workspace.

Luc has won numerous awards for his balloon decor work and is known for his innovative compositions and techniques. He feels teaching is as rewarding for himself as for the delegate, and is convinced that by sharing new techniques and passing on his knowledge, he is helping to build a solid foundation to ensure the future of the balloon industry.
