This course provides the grounding that retailers and decorators need before starting a business that includes professional balloon work.
 
This full-day seminar embraces all aspects of the balloon business, including health and safety requirements, balloon inflation, bouquet construction and simple garland creation. It includes a comprehensive, full-colour manual that will be a valuable reference guide on float times, pricing, basic design principles and more.

Lucy Hennessy

[Picture] Lucy is currently Balloon Coordinator at Capel Manor College teaching City & Guilds Balloon Display courses, she’s been at Capel since 2003. Lucy has been a Qualatex Approved Instructor since 2007, which has enabled her to teach across the UK and Europe. Lucy also runs her own home based decorating company. As a novice Lucy attended as many balloon events as she could, she was soon captured by the balloon bug and still attends as many events as she can!
